Tegan is a Lawyer and a part of the Elder Law Team at CRH Law. Tegan gained a keen interest in Elder Law while volunteering as a law student at Caxton Legal Centre, and working at QCAT in the area of Guardianship and Administration for adults with impaired capacity.
Tegan enjoys assisting elderly clients and their families with a broad range of matters, including: making wills and other enduring documents such as an Enduring Power of Attorney (EPOA); QCAT applications regarding the appointment of Guardians and Administrators, or the validity of an EPOA; disputes about wills; contracts to purchase a manufactured home or a unit in a retirement village; and contracts to reside in aged care.
Qualifications and Memberships:

- Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy and French)
- Member – Queensland Law Society
