An Accredited Specialist in Succession Law and an expert in capacity law with a high degree of knowledge in all types of estate litigation matters (including family provision claims), estate administrations, guardianship disputes and QCAT matters. Margaret is also experienced in the role of Court appointed administrator and litigation guardian.

Rebecca Edwards

Senior Associate

With a background in aged care management, Rebecca brings hands on experience and insight into our elder law and aged services areas as well as a thorough understanding of complex estate planning issues and disputes.

Matthew Cartwright


Matthew first joined CRH Law as a law clerk in 2014, providing legal, administrative and research assistance to the firm while completing his legal studies. During his time as a law clerk, Matthew has gained experience in the areas of law practised at CRH Law, and has had many opportunities to provide assistance to the clients of the firm.

Tegan McMahon


Tegan is part of the Elder Law Team at CRH Law. Tegan gained a keen interest in Elder Law while volunteering as a law student at Caxton Legal Centre, and working at QCAT in the area of Guardianship and Administration for adults with impaired capacity.
