Latest Coronavirus (COVID-19) updates for CRH Law clients and community

To our valued clients and community,

You will no doubt have started receiving many email updates from organisations and businesses on how they are adapting their operations to deal with, and prepare for, the impact of COVID-19.  CRH Law is also responding to these risks so that we can both protect and support out staff as well as continue business as usual for our clients.

In light of recent developments and the increasing impact of the virus, we have decided it is in the best interests of our staff and the community generally to work remotely to the greatest extent possible rather than travel into our offices each day. This message is to reassure you that we are confident that the  measures we have already put into place will support our clients, while at the same time protecting the health of our staff.

All of our essential systems and means of communication can be accessed from anywhere.  Throughout this time, our phone lines and business will remain fully operational.  You will be able to contact us using email or telephone.

In terms of face to face interaction, we would prefer that this was not necessary but it will be unavoidable in certain circumstances. We will not be arranging any meetings in the office unless it is absolutely unavoidable and should it remain possible depending on what the government may determine to do next. In those unusual cases and in the interest of everyone’s wellbeing you will NOT be able to  attend our offices if the following applies to you:

  1. Developed any of the identified symptoms (cold or flu-like symptoms, fever or coughing); or
  2. Returned from overseas in the last 14 days (even if well); or
  3. Had contact with a person either suspected or confirmed of having the coronavirus (COVID-19).

In these instances we are happy to offer alternative ways for you to communicate with us either at your home (with appropriate pre-cautions), over the phone or via video conference.

As we have seen, this is a rapidly changing situation and today’s plans can quickly become outdated.  We will continue to assess how we can best manage the needs of our clients and staff as the situation develops and update this message as appropriate.

If there is any way that CRH Law can assist you, please do not hesitate to contact us.
