partner leading the not for profit team. Joanne has many years
experience in the not for profit sector and brings both a personal

incorporate good business principles and practices in their operations.
She has extensive experience particularly in aged care and retirement
village operations and excels in reviewing constitutions, corporate
governance mergers and acquisitions, legal compliance and risk
management.
