New Appointment at Carne Reidy Herd
The firm has strengthened their commercial section by recently appointing Tania Carvalho to the team. Tania has come from a large Queensland based law firm and brings with her over 10 years experience in acting for clients in the areas of commercial and property work. Tania has extensive experience in advising clients on general commercial matters including advising on business sales and purchases, structuring including business succession planning as well as preparing general business agreements including service agreements and terms of trade and supply. In addition, Tania also has experience in advising in relation to property matters including property sales, purchases and leasing.
