The Minister for Ageing, Justine Elliot, has announced details of the
Government's new Charter of Rights and Responsibilities for Community
Care which came into effect on 1 October.
The Queensland Commercial and Consumer Tribunal has acknowledged that
residents of retirement villages can receive services which are neither
general services nor personal services as defined in the
Retirement Villages Act.
