The Bankruptcy Legislation Amendment Act 2010 was passed by the Federal
Parliament on 24 June 2010 and has resulted in some timely changes to the Bankruptcy
Act 1966. Once we reach 75 years of age, in order to have a drivers licence,
we must also hold a medical certificate stating that we are fit to drive and we
have to carry that certificate with us whenever we drive. A
woman was recently sentenced in Gympie,
Queensland for posting obscene
and disturbing material on the Facebook page of a murder victim, otherwise
known as “online trolling”.
