Australia’s
workplace relations system by the federal government’s Fair Work Act has a new
sea of regulation for parties to navigate. Fortunately, a few of the new
responsibilities it creates are relatively simple to meet.
If you have amicably resolved a parenting dispute with your ex-partner,
it is recommended that you record your agreement as a Parenting Plan,
or as a Consent Order.
On 1 December 2009, the minor debt jurisdiction was
incorporated into the new Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal
(“QCAT”).
