The Commonwealth Government's Living Longer Living Better aged care
reform package includes a new Home Care Packages Program which will
commence on 1 July 2013.
From 1 July 2013 community aged
care will be known as Home Care and all new allocations of funding for the
delivery of Home Care will be on the basis of that care being delivered by
Providers as Consumer Directed Care – CDC.
The national electronic conveyancing platform in the areas of mortgage
discharge and refinance is earmarked for implementation in Queensland in
late 2013 and is set to be expanded to include property conveyancing in
2014.
