Brian is a partner in the firm and has been a Solicitor since 1983.
He specialises in elder law, estate and life planning, estate administration, dependency planning, guardianship and administration, family disputes and mediation, trusts, business and family succession and aged care and retirement villages and not for profits.
Brian has a passion for elder law and is experienced and sensitive in the area of advice in respect of clients' later life events and 'family planning'.
As part of his assistance to clients in respect of their life events, he has developed an expertise in structuring of business affairs and estate planning as an integral part of a person's life planning program.
