
Daniel is a
lawyer in the Family Law Section.
Daniel holds
a Bachelor of Laws ( Honours) and Bachelor of Business from the Queensland
University of Technology. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was the
Deputy Associate to Federal Magistrate Cassidy of the Federal Magistrates Court
of Australia.
Daniel’s main
practice areas are advising and assisting clients on asset protection by
way of Financial Agreements, resolving disputes with respect to arrangements
for children following separation and property settlements. If necessary,
Daniel is an accomplished advocate in both the Family Court and Federal
Magistrates Court in achieving the right outcomes for clients in Court. Daniel’s
main strengths are his caring attitude and meticulous preparation which regularly results in the resolution of matters without having to go to Court.
