Trent, Partner and an Accredited Family Law Specialist, manages the family law section.

Trent’s practice focus is on resolving financial and property settlements involving complex corporate and trust structures, and rural and farming operations. Trent also devotes a considerable part of his practice to the area of asset protection by way of financial and relationship agreements.

Trent is an Independent Children’s Lawyer, representing the interests of children in complex parenting disputes and has a sound understanding of issues relating to children in family law disputes.

Trent has presented papers for Queensland Legal Aid, Queensland Law Society, Lexis Nexis Family Law Conferences in various aspects of family law.

Trent is a member of the Family Law Section, Law Council of Australia and an Executive Member of the Queensland Family Law Practitioners Association.
