Kathryn Smith, Solicitor
Kathryn has practised exclusively in family law since joining Carne Reidy Herd in 2007.
Kathryn holds the degrees of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Behavioural Science. With these qualifications, Kathryn has the understanding of the dynamics of the separated family and its impact on children in resolving parenting disputes.
Kathryn also has experience in property settlements, particularly in relation to unmarried couples and same sex partners and child support issues.
Kathryn is a member of the Family Law Section, of the Law Council of Australia and the Queensland Family Law Practitioners Association.
