Genevieve is a Senior Associate in our family law section and is an Accredited Family Law Specialist.

In 2009, Genevieve was awarded the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland Emergent Lawyer of the Year Award.

Genevieve has experience in all aspects of family law, including parenting and property matters, financial and relationship agreements, spousal maintenance and child support issues.

While an experienced court advocate, Genevieve's focus is on providing clients with practical and strategic advice to assist in the early resolution of matters.

Genevieve is a contributing author to the CCH publication, Australian Master Family Law Guide and the Queensland Law Handbook.  Genevieve has also written articles on various aspects of family law for the Queensland Law Society publications Proctor and Verdict.

Genevieve is a Councilor of the Queensland Law Society, Chair of the Queensland Law Society's New and Early Career Lawyers Section, a member of the Queensland Law Society's Family Law Section and a member of the Queensland Law Society's Committee of Management.

Genevieve is also a member of the Family Law Section, Law Council of Australia and the Queensland Family Law Practitioners Association and provides free legal advice as a volunteer solicitor at the Women's Legal Service.
