Rebecca Edwards, Solicitor
Rebecca was admitted as a solicitor in January 2008, after completing a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the Open University in the United Kingdom, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Law at Demontfort University (UK). Rebecca has also and undertaken further legal study at Bond University, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Rebecca has over seven years experience working in management within the Aged Care and Retirement Village industry in the UK.
Rebecca holds a Graduate Certificate in Health and Social Care and a number of other qualifications relating to Aged Care, including an NVQ 4 in Aged Care Management.
Rebecca has been a member of the Women Lawyers Association of
Queensland since 2008 and has recently assumed the role of Treasurer of
the Association.
Rebecca has a keen interest in Elder law, particularly in relation to Aged Care facilities, Retirement Villages, Guardianship matters and assisting clients in relation with their Life Planning needs.
