Estate disputes

With our increasing wealth, diverse and blended families and the general complexity of our lives, the death of a person can expose subliminal dysfunctions within families.

Inevitably this can give rise to disputes over a person's Will and assertions that someone has not received what they believe they should have received from a person's estate.

If you wish to challenge a person's Will or if you are the Executor of a Will that someone is disputing, it is crucial to obtain legal advice as soon as possible as there are strict time limits.  Obtaining prompt legal advice can also often lead to a faster resolution of the dispute and thereby save the estate and the parties large sums of money in legal costs.
