The firm’s partners Joanne O’Brien and Brian Herd gave presentations on Thursday 26 May 2011, at a gathering of aged care and retirement village operators in Brisbane on the subjects of redeveloping your retirement village and handling complaints in aged care. They were joined by Patrick Herd from Community Business Australia speaking on reinvigorating your Board of Directors and Heath Shonhan from Bentleys addressing financial reporting and accounting systems.
